Bbbr still chilled several days after reading. I recommend this book to anyone looking for an unforgettable novel about family, love, and strength and friendship. This book was an emotional rollercoaster for me. Completely absorbed in the book.

I ended up buying all of books that were currently published and tore through them quickly. The stories of the parents but of Leni in particular was quite a journey. Here I think the landscape and themes complemented each other well and merged so that they were hard to distinguish by the endWhat an emotional read this is.

My, ohhh my. I've never been to Alaska, though my in-laws have, and Kristin Hannah's descriptive writing painted a beautiful picture of what it would be like to live there in the 1970s.
