All in all, at under £15 they are comparable in price to many others, and they don't seem bad value given the additional benefits of the training videos and guide. But having used them pressing hard into them with some force I think they will be ok unless they touch anything sharp ( don't let the dog think its their toy! Peanut balls can improve blood flow to the muscles and can allow for active stretching done deeper into the muscles, reducing the risk of injury after exercise.

50 (at time of reveiwing), these are good value for money and I'm hoping, with simply 5-10mins a day, will help alleviate some painful knots. These balls are still firm (they are supposed to be), but they are more comfortable that the harder rollers. Having used the foam rollers over the years at the gym for the odd bit of back and muscle relief, I thought I would try these peanut rollers for a change.

They are made of a material which 'gives' slightly unlike the hard plastic 'spiky balls' sometimes used. There are three different balls, an 8cm trigger point massage ball, an 8cm duoball, and a 12cm duoball.
