Even more disappointed that I filled in the Brother website form to raise the issue over 3 weeks ago - no response. Since I wrote this, Brother have replaced the cartridge and, this time all is OK - it is working fine

Bought this higher capacity toner on 9 September and it started leaking inside the printer on 21 October since then print quality is appalling and dirty. I have a Brother MFC-L3750CDW at home, a new machine, came with cartridge (standard capacity) and had no issues. the cartridge failed 2 days after the last Amazon returns date.
